Twirly is a simple software application aimed especially at people who need to rotate or rotate their screen in some way. It is very useful for example to watch videos or photographs without having to turn your head or without having to start editing them. The program works correctly on most graphics cards and on any Windows XP or Vista system that has Microsoft.NET Framework installed.
To control screen movements, you can use both the control arrows of the application itself and the arrows on your keyboard, left and right. The up arrow always rotates the screen to the default position. The Twirly user interface has no options or elements other than these four arrows on the screen.
Twirly does not require installation of any kind, you just have to download it and start using it. It is also a completely free tool that does not take up a significant amount of disk space: it is just over 80 Kb in size.
