It is a basic security tool, which only works for Windows 95 and 98, whose mission is to obtain the access codes of those Windows, just in case you have forgotten or lost them. Win9x PassView allows working through computers connected in the same local network (LAN).
Once Win9x PassView has finished checking the computer, it displays the corresponding password for each user registered on the computer.
