12 Noon Sleeper is a small and simple program, totally free and does not even require installation, which has been created to be executed from MSDOS, and, more specifically, from batch files of batch processes in MSDOS.
The mission of 12Noon Sleeper is very clear: it is used only and exclusively to delay execution between one process and the next. You simply have to indicate in the corresponding batch (bat extension files) how many milliseconds you want to delay between one process and another.
For example, if you write the Sleeper 6000 statement, it will produce a pause of 6 seconds.
