The name of the program itself, CZ-Doc2Htm, already says everything about its function, as it is an office utility to convert DOC or RTF files from MS Word directly to HTML format. It also allows the direct conversion of TXT text files to HTML.
The most interesting thing about CZ-Doc2Htm is that just by indicating a folder it will automatically convert all the TXT, DOC or RTF files it finds (both in the folder and in the subfolders it contains). When converting, if the original file has images or tables, respect them by including them in the resulting HTML.
