NVDA is an open source program, that this features offers it for free.
NVDA allows blind and visually impaired people as possible to the Windows operating system to operate.
The program is being sponsored by, among others, Adobe, Microsoft, Mozilla and Yahoo! can notifications and other text on the screen of the Windows operating system to convert spoken text or braille on a specially suitable screen. It supports popular applications such as e-mail clients, instant messengers, office programs and web browsers. So you can use despite a visual disability nevertheless make use of the most popular Windows programs.
The program does not need to be installed on your computer before you use it. It is so also from an USB-stick to boot. So, it can also just be used on machines, for example in an internet cafe or another computer that is not of you.
NVDA is available in more than 43 languages, and has also been translated into Dutch.
