WinGPS is a freeware navigation software for the water sports. WinGPS Lite is available for the laptop, PDA and smartphone. The laptop, PDA or smartphone should have a built-in or external GPS receiver for the software to be able to use.
Only the Lite version of WinGPS is free to use. When you routes to plot and GRIB files to be able to show then you need the paid version to purchase.
