In addition to Buienradar you also have a Dutch rain app: Buienalarm. Rainfall alarm warns if rain is going to fall at the location (s) that you set. Approaching showers can be seen on radar and graph, with the amount of precipitation per hour stated. So you always know when to take an umbrella or to take refuge. Furthermore, this app offers little extra information.
