Microsoft To-Do was built by the makers of Miracle list, a popular task list app that Microsoft has taken over. Useful to To-Do is that you can add steps (sub-tasks) to a task.
Microsoft To-Do has a web version and apps for Android, iOS and Windows 10 (Mobile). The task list is also integrated in the Outlook app.
