Most people use WhatsApp or Facebook messenger as a chat app. Great apps, but who just wants a bit more should give it a try with WeChat. That is an app that in China, for example, already widely used, and that different things together in one chat app. WeChat has the same chat features as previously mentioned messengers, but there is still quite a number of options to be added. Thus, WeChat is a virtual wallet to make things to pay and create companies of their own account, and is immediately to follow. So is WeChat almost more of a social platform with a chat function.

If you are using the app for the first time, then you should sign up yourself. You do that with your phone number. You will then get a verification code which you one-time need to enter. The social networking feature of WeChat is called 'Moments' Here you can see your own profile, and here you add photos to your timeline and share your beautiful moments with others. You import a photo from your smartphone, then there is a short description, the location, and possibly a mention with other people in the picture. You can find your own posts and profile under the tab 'Me' and if you click 'New Friends' then are you looking for easy contacts or WeChat ID.
WeChat started out in China ever, if the copy of Whatsapp, but it has to show that there is much more possible with a messenger. The version here is less extensive than that in China. Where the app in China is used as a pay-app and chat app is that in the European version may not. This version is still limited to the chat, with a small social media platform to join.
