That is possible with MyFitnessPal. This is an app that you gives you insight on your eating habits and in addition exactly track how many calories you per day intake. You enter in how much and what you eat and how long you are on the move. The number of calories that you lose when you exercise is again subtracted from the number of daily consumed.

MyFitnessPal is free to use and is available for iOS and Android. You use the service online in your browser. The app is available in English.

To log in with your Facebook account or you create an account with your e-mail address for logging in. In doing so, you are still what your goal is, for example, lose weight, keep your weight or even arrive. Further synchronizes the service with all your devices and online and is it possible to add friends so that you have each other's progress and see each other so motivates.
